Cumming, GA (April 17, 2025) – A T-bone collision occurred earlier today at the intersection of Highway 9 and Castleberry Road in Cumming, Georgia, injuring one driver. The crash took place around 5:00 p.m., and involved a white Chevrolet Impala and a red Dodge Ram pickup truck.
According to initial reports, the Chevrolet Impala was traveling westbound on Castleberry Road when it ran a red light and collided with the Dodge Ram, which was proceeding through the intersection. The impact caused the Chevrolet to spin and come to a stop in the middle of the intersection, while the Dodge Ram was forced off the road, crashing into a utility pole. Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene, and the driver of the Chevrolet Impala was transported to a nearby hospital with a fractured arm and neck injuries. The driver of the Dodge Ram, a 38-year-old man, was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The Cumming Police Department is investigating the cause of the crash.
